Amazing service, quality material and workmanship! The job took longer than estimated and they worked during weekend to finish on time! 4 years ago we used their services and I can tell it still looks as new!

We were referred to Elwood Timber Floors by friends who recently had new floors put in, and highly recommended Elwood Timber Floors to us… best referral we’ve received, we are so happy with Elwood Timber Floors and would highly recommend to others. Reza and his team recently installed this stunning herringbone hybrid flooring and skirting boards to our home, and we couldn’t be happier; their work is exceptional with incredible attention to detail, and their customer service is second to none. Our job involved full uplift of old carpets, tiles and skirting boards prior to installation of new flooring and skirting boards. Reza and his team linked in with our other trades (painter, carpenter etc) to ensure everything being done at our home went perfectly and as quickly as possible, making our renovation stress free. Every trades person who has been in the house since our floors went in has commented on the high quality of the work; one of our trades guys even booked Reza’s team in to re-do floors at his own house, after seeing ours! High quality work from a team you can definitely trust, we wouldn’t go anywhere else for our flooring needs in the future. Elwood Timber Floors were just amazing, and we absolutely LOVE the look of our home with the ‘herringbone porcelain hybrid’ floors the team installed for us. It’s made coming home a dream for us :)

We recently had the pleasure of working with Elwood Timber Flooring, and we cannot speak highly enough of their outstanding service and top-notch craftsmanship. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to their dedicated team, especially Reza the owner and Silvia customer service.

Reza: A Master Craftsman with Unmatched Expertise

Reza, the owner and lead craftsman of Elwood Timber Flooring personally oversees and lays the timber flooring with his team. His hands-on approach ensures that every project reflects his exceptional skill and dedication. Every detail is handled with precision and care, reflecting his commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Reza’s knowledge and expertise in timber flooring were evident from our initial consultation. Reza took the time to guide us through each step of the process, providing invaluable advice on the best materials, finishes, and installation techniques. His passion for his craft was clear, and we felt confident knowing that our flooring was in the hands of such a skilled professional.
Reza's attention to detail was impeccable. He personally came out to check on the job, ensuring that everything was being done to the highest standard. The installation team was equally impressive—clean, reliable, and highly skilled. They treated our home respectfully.

Silvia: A Shining Example of Customer Service Excellence

Silvia, one of the customer service assistants, truly went above and beyond to ensure that our flooring project was a seamless and enjoyable experience. From our very first interaction, Silvia was warm, friendly, and incredibly patient. She took the time to listen to our needs, answered all our questions with detailed knowledge, and provided thoughtful recommendations tailored to our specific preferences.
What truly set Silvia apart was her unwavering commitment to follow-up. Throughout the entire process, she stayed in close contact, ensuring that every detail was addressed and that we were completely satisfied at each stage. Her professionalism and dedication to customer care are truly commendable. We recently engaged Elwood Flooring to replace our lounge/dining room carpet with hybrid flooring. We received excellent assistance from Sylvia, with no pressure and helpful suggestions.
Raza and his assistants were on time, efficient and did a great job in laying the floor, and we are very pleased with the result. We are very happy to recommend Elwood.
